However, TJIP amends claim 1 to emphasize distinguishing technical features different from that of the citations. Moreover, in the response, TJIP replies that the claim 1 cannot be easily made by a person having ordinary skill in the art according to the citations. Therefore, TJIP persuades the examiner to consider that the claim 1 involves an inventive step, which makes the present application proceed to grant.
