The Taiwanese Fair Trade Commission imposed an administrative fine of NT 600 million on TDK Corporation, its Thai subsidiary Magnecomp Precision Technology Public Co., Ltd. and NHK Spring Co., Ltd.,  for the three companies having exchanged the confidential information about HDD suspension through bilateral communication, in order to avoid the price competition and to maintain or occupy market share so as to exclude competitive situation,  which is believed to  affect the supply and demand of the domestic market.
